Self-respect and respect for others.
Some say that economists may never be able to predict the societal development if they keep only using numbers without consideration of human emotions. Often times we make decisions based on emotional impulse rather than scientific research or logical calculation. For some time, EQ has been seen as one of the key decisive factors for successful people compared to IQ. We know we have emotions and sometimes they go over our head but sometimes we also love them because they make us feel alive and joyful. The ability to manage emotions and develop mutually beneficial social skills is an ability for at least a more understanding and harmonious life that may bring much more than just financial achievements and a popular name. A life worth our own respect is a life worth living.
