Cooking is fun and also a necessary way to get to know the healthier self. Do it with Tanya, alone or with your kids, to explore the essence of Chinese food and spend quality time with yourself or your loved ones!

The cooking classes are usually run every week as workshops. Each workshop requires at least 4 participants.

In the west, vegetables are added to other dishes. In Chinese cuisine, vegetables are the center of a dish.
Low on Sugar
Chinese foods are very low on sugar, refined carbs and high fat, which allows our bodies to recognize when we are full. This enables us to eat a more appropriate amount of food and not overstuff our bodies with unnecessary calories.
Balance
Almost all foods in Chinese cuisine are made to have equilibrium between yin and yang ingredients. Protein foods are seen as Yang, while carbohydrates are yin.
